7401 DIXIE HWY sign permit submitted for Longhorn Steakhouse
Longhorn Steakhouse is lining up new signage at 7401 Dixie Hwy — a sign permit was submitted for five wall-mounted signs and one freestanding pylon sign for the new restaurant. The application, filed by Jason Migas of SES Branding with sign contractor Jordan Underwood, lists owner Shamrock Properties LLC and carries a planning notice that no certificate of occupancy will be issued until a Kentucky landscape architect verifies the required plantings.
