B Sign Group (applicant Jordan Underwood, with licensed sign contractor Joseph Bates) has submitted a sign permit to rebrand Wolf Creek Co. as Heritage Landscape Supply at 13030 Middletown Industrial Blvd. The application calls for a new sign package — one attached sign and one freestanding sign — for the property owned by 13030 Middletown Industrial LLC, so look for fresh storefront and lot signage soon.
