5611 Fern Valley Rd applied for a sign permit to retrofit to LED EMC sign

C L Smith Properties LLC has submitted a sign permit to retrofit the old letterboard changeable-message sign at 5611 Fern Valley Rd with a Primax LED EMC digital message board to make updating messages easier, while leaving the rest of the freestanding sign unchanged. Adam Dupre of Dupre Capital, LLC dba FASTSIGNS Jeffersonville is listed as the contractor on the project, and a $200 permit fee has been paid with the application currently submitted and awaiting review.
