1201 STORY AVE submitted for attached sign permit

The Hat Shoppe is applying for a new attached sign at 1201 Story Ave as it moves from its Shelbyville Rd Plaza #214 lease into Butchertown Market when the lease ends in May. Applicant Jenny Pfanenstiel lists JAKELAND LLC as the property owner and has Commonwealth Sign Company (licensed pro David Rink) lined up to mount the side-of-building sign. It’s a straightforward sign-permit request to bring the shop’s storefront look to its new home.
