1321 Herr Ln Suite 170 applied for a sign permit to hang channel letters

On Display Signs Inc. (applicant Brian Hardesty) is applying to hang one set of illuminated channel letters on a raceway for Perspire at 1321 Herr Lane, Suite 170. The property owner is RCC Westport Village LLC, but the applicant says the sign is actually meant for 1315 Herr Lane and attached a photo of the suite formerly occupied by Clater Jewelers to back that up. They’ve asked whether they need to resubmit since the portal pulled the wrong parcel, so it looks like an easy address mix-up rather than any change to the storefront plan.
