3804 SHEPHERDSVILLE RD Sign Permit submitted for front-lit channel letters
Louisville Custom Signs (applicant Kevin Elizabeth Parrish) has applied for a new attached sign permit to give Caridad Cakes front‑lit channel letters flush‑mounted to the wall at 3804 Shepherdsville Rd. The property is owned by Buechel Center II LLC, and the record notes this is a single attached sign installation rather than a freestanding sign.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
