8700 DIXIE HWY applied for sign permits

Freddy's (owner Green Onions Entertainment 3 LLC; applicant Phillip Vatelle; contractor Rueff Signs) has applied for a sign permit to refresh the storefront at 8700 Dixie Highway with new illuminated wall logos, branded panels, a revamped pylon, and metal awnings. The proposal includes six attached signs — two large illuminated logos at about 49.3 sq ft each and smaller Gemini panels around 6–18 sq ft — one freestanding pylon updated in three sections (top 90 sq ft, middle 52.5 sq ft, bottom 12 sq ft), plus multiple metal awnings totaling roughly 444 sq ft.
