150 Flat Rock Rd applied for sign relocation permit for Publix monument sign

Publix Super Markets Inc. is moving the new monument sign at 150 Flat Rock Rd to the other side of the entrance after discovering the original placement sat inside a previously unknown overhead/air easement for a power pole. Applicant Hilton Displays, with Smart LED as the sign contractor, will pour a new foundation with steel and brickwork and reinstall the existing sign cabinet so the end result is the exact same freestanding sign just on the opposite side of the driveway.
