550 S 1ST ST submitted for six-pole banner hardware installation

Don Wallis of DW National Sales and Marketing Group Inc. has applied to install six RMHC street-pole banners along S. 1st Street in front of the Ronald McDonald House (owner: RMHCK Real Estate LLC) at 550 S. 1st Street. The plan uses non‑penetrating banner hardware mounted to existing light poles (three per side), with no drilling or permanent modifications, and the work will occur in the public right-of-way so it won’t interfere with lighting, utilities, pedestrians, traffic, or public safety.
