4510 Bishop Ln submitted for monument sign permit
C. Rueff Sign Company (applicant Julie Meredith) is installing a new freestanding, double-faced LED monument sign at 4510 Bishop Ln for owner AES Holdings LLC. The internally illuminated sign features a 48" x 76" face with a 22" pole cover and measures about 86" high by 80" wide (roughly 47.8 sq ft). It's listed as a new single freestanding sign—so look for a bright new marker on the property soon.
