3213 PORTLAND AVE applied for sign permit to update monument sign and panels

Signarama Dixie (applicant Cynthia Brown) is giving the freestanding monument sign for owner Bible Community Fellowship Missionar at 3213 Portland Ave a bit of a facelift. The plan replaces two existing sign faces (which typically don’t require a permit) and adds dimensional letters to the road-facing panel; the sign permit was submitted and a $200 fee has been paid.
