Jacob Mercier is applying to confirm nonconforming use for his triplex at 1402 S 6th St after the property ended up in the Traditional Neighborhood Zoning District following a 2001 zoning change. He says the building has long been used as a triplex β MLS listings from the late β90s and older city-directory scans back that up β and heβs just checking the records are all above board (he discussed it with Amy Brooks).
