7301 Logistics Drive submitted landscape plan for NuCor Parking Expansion
Republic Conduit Manufacturing is proposing the NuCor Parking Expansion at 7301 Logistics Drive. The plan would add 21 standard parking spaces and 3 ADA-compliant spaces within EZ1 industrial zoning, affecting about 0.21 acres of vehicular use on the 50.32-acre site. This should make it easier for employees and visitors to find a spot while keeping the property’s manufacturing use intact.
