8807 Old Bardstown RD landscape plan submitted for Goodwill store development

Goodwill Industries of Kentucky is planning a new second-hand retail development at 8807 Old Bardstown Rd, proposing about a 15,003-square-foot building on roughly 2.85 acres. Applicant Charlie A. Ruiz of ACES has submitted a landscape plan and a tree preservation plan for the site, and the project has paid $1,050 in fees as it moves through review.
