Wawa is planning a new convenience store and site improvements at 6422 Billtown Rd — the project covers about 2.53 acres with a proposed 6,372 sq ft building and a landscape plan has been submitted as part of the larger development. Owner POLO 1 LLC is listed on the record (designer Joey Black of OHM Advisors), and a notice says no Certificate of Occupancy will be issued until a Kentucky Landscape Architect verifies and certifies the installed plantings, so the landscaping gets a proper green light before opening.
