6205 Mason Blvd submitted landscape plan for Lodges of Prospect Phase 2

A landscape plan has been submitted for Lodges of Prospect, Phase 2, a proposed 24‑unit multi-family apartment building at 6205 Mason Blvd. Owner Russell Robert shows the project on 1.58 acres in the R6 Outlying Village fire district with a 33,796 sq ft building, 14,126 sq ft of vehicular area, and a tree preservation plan included.
