Broad Run Reserves LP has submitted a landscape plan for The Reserves at Parklands Subdivision Sections 2A, 2B, and 2C at 8000 Broad Run Rd. The 20.8-acre residential project proposes 254 single-family homes and about 55,363 square feet of vehicular use area; the record includes a landscape plan but notes no tree preservation or clearing-and-grading plans were filed.
