10003 Ballardsville Rd landscape plan submitted for Chick-fil-A at Brownsboro Rd
Allan Wiley of GBC Design, Inc. has submitted a landscape plan for the new Chick-fil-A planned on the vacant commercial lot in front of Publix at 10003 Ballardsville Rd. The proposal covers landscaping for a 5,183-square-foot restaurant on a 1.59-acre parcel owned by The Deerfield Co., laying out plantings and parking-area screening as the site moves through review.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
