7912 Cedar Creek Rd Landscape Plan for Dunlap Property RCC Phase 2 Submitted

Emily Hill of Gresham Smith has submitted a landscape plan for the Dunlap Property (RCC Phase 2) at 7912 Cedar Creek Road. The proposal guides landscaping and tree preservation for a 3.93-acre, 60-unit multi‑family development owned by RCC 2 LLC, covering about 29,312 square feet of new building and roughly 50,866 square feet of vehicular area — basically the greenery and trees to dress up the next phase of the apartment project.
