9801 3RD STREET RD submitted landscape plan for new gas station

Singh Mart has submitted a landscape plan for a new gas station at 9801 3rd Street Rd. Owned by Singh Mart 4 LLC, the commercial proposal covers about 0.544 acres with a new building of roughly 467.7 square feet and a vehicular use area of about 13,000 square feet; the plan was prepared by Austin Ellett of A&J Petroleum and $400 in fees has been paid.
