Architect Daniel Grimm has submitted a landscape plan for Opportunity Village, a proposed 76-unit multi-family project in a single four-story building at 2927 Garland Ave. Owned by Goodwill Industries of Kentucky Inc., the development would sit on about 3 acres (roughly 81,000 square feet) and includes a tree preservation plan alongside the landscaping details.
