6200 Cane Run Rd zoning record for Russtech, Inc expansion

Russtech, Inc is planning an expansion on the Bolivar Specialties LLC property at 6200 Cane Run Rd, proposing a 600-square-foot industrial building addition, a 4,800-square-foot office addition, and a new supporting parking lot. The work is filed as a revised Detailed District Development Plan for the 7.9-acre site (designer Gregg Bennett of Heritage Engineering), and initial planning fees have already been paid as the project moves into formal review.
