4900 CROSSING SPRING WAY, 102 filed District Development Plan for 26 townhomes

Brentwood Property Design & Investment has resubmitted a Detailed District Development Plan for a 26‑unit townhouse project on two acres at 4900 Crossing Spring Way, Unit 102, proposing roughly 33,800 sq ft of new building within the Preston Crossings condo community. The plan replaces an earlier approval for 32‑unit apartment buildings and was originally approved in April 2024, but the applicant let the approval lapse so the same plans are back on the table with the owner listed as Village At Preston Crossing Condominium.
