207 N ENGLISH STATION RD submitted District Development Plan for zoning

Middletown Acquisition LLC, represented by Gabe Molnar, has filed a Revised Detailed District Development Plan to construct a commercial and retail development at 207 N English Station Rd. The proposal sits on about 9.305 acres and calls for roughly 163,463 square feet of new building space on property owned by Louisville Water Co, so it could turn into a pretty sizable shopping spot if it moves forward.
