13319 AIKEN RD Zoning: Revised District Development Plan for Cardinal Storage

Cardinal Project LLC, with applicant Theodore Bernstein, has submitted a revised district development plan to build a mini-warehouse and parking for an existing moving company at 13319 Aiken Rd. The proposal covers 10.2 acres in the M2 & M3 zoning districts and includes a new 75,465-square-foot building, so it looks like more storage and vehicle space coming to the industrial strip rather than homes or shops.
