7802 Vine Crest Ave CUP pre-application filed for ADU in detached garage

Applicant Justin Stewart of Stewart Places LLC has submitted a conditional-use pre-application to formalize an accessory dwelling unit at 7802 Vine Crest Ave. The ADU is an existing second-floor apartment above a detached garage—one bedroom, full bath, kitchen and living room—that’s been rented and occupied since 2012, and a $250 filing fee has been paid to kick off the review.
