The site is owned by Louisville & Jefferson County Riverport, spans about 5.7 acres, and includes plans for a roughly 19,065-square-foot building under the "Scrap Metal Processing Facilities and Junkyards" permit type — so it looks like a sizeable industrial operation if approved.
