1305 PIGEON PASS RD applied for CUP to allow nonowneroccupied short-term rental

Applicant Selma Adamczyk has submitted a conditional-use pre-application to allow a non–owner-occupied short-term rental at 1305 Pigeon Pass Rd. The single-family home (one unit with three guest rooms) would stay as-is and be run as a quiet, family-friendly “home-away-from-home” for visitors, with occupancy limits, noise standards, and safety measures enforced—not a party house or event space. Owner Luttrell Selma Melissa says the property will comply with Louisville Metro rules and paid a $250 pre-application fee.
