1203 LARUE AVE applied for a Conditional Use Permit for mental health practice

Kathryn Fischer of The Bettys LLC has applied for a conditional use permit pre-application to open a small-scale mental health practice at 1203 Larue Ave. The plan calls for three clinicians seeing about 3–5 clients per day during normal business hours (9 a.m.–6 p.m.), with ample off-street parking behind and beside the building so traffic should be minimal. The application notes this use is allowed in an R-5 area on an arterial/collector street and that LCSW therapists will be governed by the Kentucky Board of Social Work.
