4004 Gardiner Point Dr submitted for Rehabilitation Home CUP

Seven Counties Services has applied for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a rehabilitation home at 4004 Gardiner Point Dr on property owned by The Sullivan University System Inc. The plan would develop about 5.29 acres of commercial land into a 48-room rehabilitation facility; the application is currently submitted and 63 neighborhood notification postcards were issued as part of the process.
