A rear porch reconfiguration is in the works at 911 Cherokee Rd Apt 3.
The plan calls for pulling out the old deck and fire escape stairs, taking off the service chimney, and stretching the first-floor porch out 3 feet. It also adds a black metal spiral stair, new porch posts and beams wrapped in smooth composite, and black EPDM roofing on the porch roofs.
It’s still moving through the city process, so this one isn’t the finished story yet.
