1290 Everett Ave submitted for Certificate of Appropriateness to replace deck
Christopher Fong has applied for a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace the deteriorating deck that leads to the second level at 1290 Everett Ave. The owner lists the project cost at $13,000 and says the deck needs replacement due to age and deterioration.
