735 S 39TH ST applied for a Certificate of Appropriateness
Owner Willie Williams has submitted a Certificate of Appropriateness for a rehabilitation at 735 S 39th Street in the Chickasaw historic district. The modest, estimated $6,500 project reconfigures the interior into an open-layout kitchen with new flooring plus an added bedroom and half-bath, and the exterior will get new vinyl windows for the house and garage, refreshed landscaping, a new fence, front-porch repairs with a metal railing, and garage siding repairs.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
