328 Kenwood Hill Road applied for COA to repair bottom windows
The Lou Tate Foundation Inc, doing business as The Little Loomhouse, is giving the bottom windows a little TLC at its Top House Weaving Studio Cabin at 328 Kenwood Hill Road. Working with Atwell Enterprises Inc, the wood frame windows — currently in poor condition — will be custom-repaired to match the originals and then painted to match exactly. The work is listed with a project value of $9,000 and is being filed as a Certificate of Appropriateness for the Individual Landmark property.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
