1503 S 4TH ST submitted for COA to install elevated HVAC platform
Applicant Fernando Martinez is seeking approval to build a small elevated HVAC equipment platform at 1503 S 4th St for owner Enlightnmint LLC, intended to lift and secure the outdoor A/C condenser units after they've been stolen previously. Built of exterior-rated pressure-treated lumber on wood posts and estimated at $1,500, the platform will only support mechanical equipment with clearance for service and airflow—no new living space, deck, or public access is proposed for this Old Louisville property.
