245 Saunders Ave: replacing back gutters under Certificate of Appropriateness
Joseph A. Harper has filed a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace the back gutters at 245 Saunders Ave in the Clifton historic district. Great Dane Gutters will match the existing side gutters—installing 26 ft 6 in of white gutters, a 10 ft 3x4 white downspout, and 26 ft of 1x8 fascia—on a project estimated at $926.
