120 E ORMSBY AVE submitted for COA for rear carriage house
Deeb Tyler is proposing a cozy 630-square-foot carriage house at 120 E Ormsby Ave to serve as a home-occupation bakery and family storage. Designed by Concept Architects, the tucked-back structure provides two off-street parking spaces accessed from the alley, improves light and openness in the rear yard, and comes in with a project cost estimated at $85,000 as a Certificate of Appropriateness filing in the Old Louisville historic district.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
