2127 GRINSTEAD DR zoning application for porch demo and renovation
Owner Scott Andrew Wallitsch has submitted a Certificate of Appropriateness to demo and renovate the front porch and steps at 2127 Grinstead Dr. in the Cherokee Triangle historic district. Plans from designer Brad Mohr of Landstar Realty Group show the tile and knee wall will be removed, damaged porch and steps repaired, and the surface replaced with brushed concrete, with a project cost estimated at $15,000.
