1135 Cherokee Rd applied for Certificate of Appropriateness for roof replacement
Elizabeth Bruenderman has submitted a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace the original 1899 metal roof at 1135 Cherokee Rd with an asphalt shingle roof. The work, planned in the Cherokee Triangle historic district with a project cost estimated at $50,000, will trade a piece of the house’s 19th-century roofing for modern shingles and is headed to the review process.
