Louisville & Jefferson County MSD wants to add advanced sludge screening equipment, odor control gear, new piping, electrical and controls upgrades, plus a parking lot, sidewalks, and drives. The Derek R. Guthrie Water Quality Treatment Center is already on the site, so this is a hefty upgrade for the place.
