12400 Old Shelbyville Rd zoning review for Eastern HS athletic renovation

Schmidt Associates, represented by Andrew Horton, has submitted a community facility review for an athletic renovation at Eastern High School, 12400 Old Shelbyville Rd. The Jefferson County School District Finance is the owner; the plan replaces the existing track and field with full-depth work, adds a new synthetic turf playing field and a bleacher pad with visitor seating, and tweaks surrounding sidewalks and drive areas to fit the new layout across the 4.55-acre site with about 3,845 sq ft of new building area.
