6505 Bethany Ln zoning review for Sun Valley Community Center renovation

Jefferson County Kentucky Capital PR is proposing a renovation and addition at 6505 Bethany Ln to overhaul the Sun Valley Community Center. Plans call for a complete replacement of the public pool with a lap pool, zero-depth play area and slide, a new ticketing booth and mechanical building, plus a west-side gymnasium addition with program spaces, restrooms, and refreshed parking and pedestrian facilities.
