3340 Bardstown Rd Demolition of damaged building for new McDonald's restaurant

McDonald's plans to demolish and rebuild the damaged restaurant at 3340 Bardstown Rd. Applicant Micah Aurora Bidwell of STV filed for demolition and reconstruction of a 4,419 sq ft commercial restaurant on the 0.9-acre parcel owned by Metts Frank R Tr, so this looks like a full tear-down and a fresh rebuild rather than a simple repair.
