Applicant Micah Aurora Bidwell of STV filed for demolition and reconstruction of a 4,419 sq ft commercial restaurant on the 0.9-acre parcel owned by Metts Frank R Tr, so this looks like a full tear-down and a fresh rebuild rather than a simple repair.
