10412 LA PLAZA DR applied for ADU zoning permits to convert garage to studio

Moises Yanes Santos has submitted an application to convert the garage at 10412 La Plaza Dr into a 494‑sqft studio ADU so his mother can live nearby with more privacy while the main house remains owner‑occupied. He says the garage was previously used for storage, apologizes for not knowing a permit was required, and has paid the $50 fee and contacted the Planning Department to bring the new unit up to code.
