5218 Mount Washington Rd Building Permit for 360 sq ft ADU behind garage

Alex Gibbs is adding an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) at 5218 Mount Washington Rd to care for a family member. The Gibbs Family Living Trust will host a prefabricated 360-square-foot unit to be placed behind the garage; Alex says he checked in with Hannah in the Planning Department beforehand, and the ADU will be owner-occupied and not used as a short-term rental.
