3709 Altawood Ct submitted for PD zoning pre-application

Toby Lane Wilcox of Bid Solutions LLC is asking to rezone about 8 acres of a 15+ acre parcel at 3709 Altawood Ct from R4 to PDD (Planned Development District) so the entire court is zoned consistently and to prevent overdevelopment.
