3127 S Preston HWY Zoning confirmation for Excellence Learning Academy expansion

Excellence Learning Academy has submitted a zoning confirmation to expand into the adjoining building at 3127 S Preston Hwy. Applicant Heather Young (owner Heather Daniels Young) says the connected addition will house preschool classrooms for four- and five-year-olds and a school-age program for summers and school-closure days.
