4717 DIXIE HWY applied for sign permit to install building and pole signs

Allison Ann Elpers of Custom Sign & Engineering Inc is applying to install new signage for the IHOP/Applebee's at 4717 Dixie Hwy. The permit covers 10 attached signs and one freestanding pole sign — basically updating the building signs and redoing the pole sign on the property owned by Maguire Properties LLC. The application has been submitted (fees of $550 paid) and is now in the review/revision phase.
