4404 DIXIE HWY sign permit submitted for illuminated channel letters
Commonwealth Sign Co Inc is installing a new set of illuminated channel letters for Daddy Vic's Soul Food at 4404 Dixie Hwy. Licensed pro Jaxson Hackney of PJJAM Enterprises will mount the attached sign on a raceway measuring about 32.875" x 131.25", so expect a long, lit storefront name. The property is owned by Horace H Seay Limited Partnership, and this is a permit for a brand-new attached sign — a bright little facelift for the block.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
