307 Central Ave applied for two Las Margaritas illuminated sign permits
Signarama Dixie (applicant Cynthia Brown) is applying to install two illuminated cabinet signs on opposite sides of the building at 307 Central Ave for owner 3rd & Central Properties LLC. Each facade is roughly 94 feet wide by 21 feet high, the signs are attached and listed as new, and the record notes previous signs were removed—so it looks like Las Margaritas is getting a refreshed, double-sided glow.
